Tollco AB, a market leader in the development and sale of products and solutions for water safety in homes and properties, has a new owner. As of June 30, 2025, the company will be owned by Black Fox Invest AB. In connection with the change of ownership, Kristoffer Ekelund will take over as the new CEO of Tollco AB.
Tollco has Europe's widest range of systems and products that prevent costly and time-consuming water damage from pressurized pipes, drains or condensation from occurring in properties, apartments and villas. This is something the company has focused on since its inception in 1995.
The company's wide range ranges from simple passive protection products such as drip protection under the dishwasher to active protection products such as advanced water circuit breakers. Development, testing and production take place at the headquarters in Knivsta north of Stockholm, where most of the company's 30 employees work.
As of June 30, 2025, the company will be owned by Black Fox Invest AB. In connection with the change of ownership, Kristoffer Ekelund will take over as the new CEO of Tollco AB. Kristoffer brings extensive experience in business development and leadership and will drive the company into the next growth phase.
Former CEO, Clas Crafoord Olsson, who has worked at Tollco AB for many years and has recently led the company's development, will take over the role of Marketing Manager in connection with the change, focusing on developing the brand and driving the company's marketing strategies.

Black Fox Invest is a company formed with the sole purpose of acquiring and holding one operating company. It was founded and is managed by Kristoffer Ekelund. BFI is backed by an investor consortium of family offices and private individuals.
