We’re delighted to announce that Degroof Petercam Finance France - IMAP France, has joined forces with Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors, to create Indosuez Corporate Advisory, owned jointly by Crédit Agricole CIB and Indosuez Wealth Management, with the goal of becoming a leader in advisory services in the mid - upper mid cap segment in France.

Bolstered Capabilities Supporting Business Expansion

By joining forces with Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors, the IMAP France team has now more than doubled in size. Indosuez Corporate Advisory brings together 80 specialists in M&A, financing and structuring activities, and capital markets with recognized business and sector expertise. The new entity, with teams located in Paris and throughout France, will focus on supporting SME and mid‑cap managers, family offices, and PE funds with their strategic transactions.
