Groupe Fleuret, backed by shareholders InnovaFonds and DEFINVEST alongside the founding Larger family, has acquired Objectif Emballages, a specialist designer and manufacturer of custom protective packaging solutions for sensitive equipment in the Aerospace, Space, and Defence sectors. The acquisition brings Groupe Fleuret's consolidated revenues to approximately €25 million.
Headquartered in Orléans, Objectif Emballages brings recognised expertise in technical packaging for Defence applications, complementing Groupe Fleuret's existing capabilities and expanding its production capacity and product range. The transaction strengthens the group's positioning as a key supplier to France's Defence Industrial and Technological Base (BITD), supporting the ramp-up requirements of major prime contractors.
The acquisition marks the second bolt-on transaction for Groupe Fleuret within twelve months, following the integration of BRC and the entry of InnovaFonds alongside Bpifrance. With this latest step, the group consolidates its position as the leading French provider of protection and logistics solutions for the Aerospace, Space, and Defence sectors. The Larger family retains majority control, with all existing shareholders reinvesting alongside the transaction.
