IMAP Netherlands is pleased to announce that NPM Capital has acquired Büter Group from the Büter family.
Founded in 1965 and headquartered in Emmen, Büter Group is a leading European provider of hydraulic solutions, with a strong position in cylinder and lifting technology. The company employs approximately 550 people across its facilities in the Netherlands and Germany and has built a substantial portfolio of patents and proprietary technologies over more than six decades.
The transaction marks a new phase of development for Büter Group, with NPM Capital supporting the company’s continued growth and innovation through its long-term investment approach.
NPM Capital, part of the family-owned SHV group, is an active investor in the Benelux and Germany, with a portfolio of more than 20 companies.
Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
