Berin joined IMAP in 2026 as a Partner, responsible for developing IMAP in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Southeast Europe.

He brings over 15 years of experience in executive leadership, having held C-level positions with regional responsibility across Southeast Europe, alongside deep expertise in corporate finance, M&A advisory and financial restructuring. His work spans the financial, pharmaceutical and real estate sectors, with particular focus on local and cross-border transactions across the region.

Having sat on both sides of the table — running businesses and structuring the deals that reshape them — Berin sees beyond the numbers to what drives value and gets transactions done.
