The acquisition significantly expands Acomo's Food Solutions offering and will add approximately 70% to the revenue of the Food Solutions segment. By combining Cublend's capabilities with Acomo's existing platform, the acquisition further strengthens Acomo's position as a value-added food ingredients and solutions provider across Europe and beyond.
