Raphaël Rio is Managing Partner at Indosuez Corporate Advisory since March 2024, covering the TMT sector as well as the West and Paris regions in France. Raphaël began his career in 1998 at Paribas, then BNP Paribas. In 2004, he joined Citi as Director in the investment banking division. In 2008, he joined Oddo Corporate Finance as Director, was promoted to Managing Director in 2011, and became Managing Partner and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions in 2016. In 2018, he joined Mediobanca as Managing Director, heading its mid-cap M&A activity in France, before moving to Acoem, a Tech company, as Group Chief Financial Officer. In 2022, he joined Torch Partners, an independent M&A advisory firm specialised in the software and technology sectors, as Managing Director.

Raphaël holds a Master's degree from Sciences Po Paris as well as a Master's degree in Finance from ESCP Business School.
