Nijman/Zeetank specializes in efficient intermodal transport of chemicals in Europe with the optimal use of tank containers. Combining this specialization with Trans Polonia's international experience, its fleet and contracts will enable the expansion of the supply chain, which will allow Trans Polonia to handle larger and more complex orders and generate new sources of revenue. The transaction significantly expands the number of logistics centers that Trans Polonia will have at its disposal - an increase to six, taking into account the previous locations in Tczew, Dusseldorf and Antwerp. Such locations significantly increase the logistics capabilities in Western and Central-Eastern Europe. After the acquisition of the N/Z Group, Trans Polonia's fleet will exceed 1,000 transport units, becoming one of the largest in Europe.

Strengthening the intermodal transport segment is a strategic step that will streamline chemical logistics within the new Trans Polonia group and strengthen its position as a leading provider of transport services in Europe. In addition, cooperation with key players in the sector will enable the group to establish a strong market position.

The acquisition of the N/Z Group will allow Trans Polonia to strengthen and expand its position in the chemical and fuel markets, while entering new segments, including storage, which has significant potential for further growth. As a result of the transaction, the Trans Polonia will gain the opportunity to expand cooperation with current customers of the N/Z Group, offering them a wider range of services in the area of chemical transport than before. 

N/Z Group is a qualified supplier of logistics solutions for liquid chemical raw materials, fuels, oils, gases (LNG) and glass. In addition, the company has a segment of in-plant logistics and warehousing services for the glass industry. The N/Z Group has over 60 years of experience in the logistics industry. The N/Z Group operates on European markets, in particular in the Benelux countries, Poland and Great Britain. N/Z Group has direct access to transshipments in the Port of Rotterdam (one of the key ports in the ARA zone) and a logistics base located directly at the port, as well as competences in servicing this area, which is a great asset in the development of intermodal transport of liquid raw materials.
