Capstone Headwaters advises Gold Medal Pools on its recapitalization by The Cynosure Group

Capstone Headwaters announced that it has successfully advised Gold Medal Pools (“Gold Medal,” “GMP,” or the "Company") on a recapitalization supported by a non-control investment of common stock from The Cynosure Group.  The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
