NLI Capital, a Dutch private equity firm, acquired a majority stake in AC Plus Automatisering B.V., a Netherlands-based provider of IT services and recruitment. Robert Dagelet joined the business at the same time through a management buy-in.

Over 16 years, AC Plus Automatisering has built a strong position in the Dutch IT services and recruitment market. The company supplies specialized IT expertise and services. It focuses on long-standing client relationships, professional development and sustainable growth.

NLI Capital backs established businesses as they move into their next phase of development. The deal gives AC Plus Automatisering a strong base for its long-term growth plans and for strengthening its market position. The existing management team will continue to lead the company, which keeps continuity and protects its entrepreneurial culture.
