AllAccem Inc., a U.S.-based veterinary dental care company, was acquired by Vimian Group AB, a Sweden-based global animal health company. AllAccem, generating approximately USD 9 million in revenue for the twelve months ending April 2025, offers SANOS®, a Veterinary Oral Health Council-approved dental sealant widely used in U.S. veterinary clinics. The acquisition, integrated into Vimian’s MedTech segment, enhances its veterinary dental portfolio, leveraging iM3’s global infrastructure to accelerate AllAccem’s expansion and improve companion animal dental health worldwide.
