La Doria, a portfolio company of Investindustrial, has acquired Feger, one of Italy's leading producers of preserved foods with a strong focus on tomato-based products.

Founded in Angri, Campania, Feger generates approximately 61% of its revenues from tomato-based products, operating primarily in the private label segment which accounts for around 91% of revenues, serving major premium players in modern trade retail. In 2024, Feger recorded revenues of €83 million, of which approximately 47% were generated in international markets, with a solid presence in Germany, Japan, and Australia.

The acquisition strengthens La Doria's position in the Italian preserved foods sector and expands its international footprint through Feger's established export relationships.
