MBO+ acquired a majority stake in Geomines from LGT Capital Partners, a global alternative investment manager.

Founded in 2000 and headquartered in southeastern France, Geomines is the leading French provider of explosive threat assessment and mitigation services, offering onshore and offshore survey and clearance, demilitarization and ammunition management, pyrotechnic plant dismantling, and specialist training. The company serves a diversified base of blue-chip public and private clients in France and internationally, with more than 50% of revenues generated outside France.
