Amahle Mkula joined Verdant Capital as an Analyst in July 2025, where she works in the Financial Advisory team supporting deal execution across Africa. She has prior experience in private equity and advisory, with exposure to transaction execution, due diligence, and financial analysis.

Amahle holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance and an Honours degree in Economic Analysis of Financial Markets from the University of Cape Town. She is a CFA Level II candidate and a Certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA), reflecting her strong technical foundation and commitment to excellence in financial analysis and valuation.
