Green Logistics, a portfolio company of Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA), has acquired Doeleman Logistiek, a third-generation family-owned logistics company based in Waddinxveen, the Netherlands. The transaction strengthens Green Logistics' platform in the Dutch logistics market and expands its capabilities to serve customers with increasingly complex logistics needs.
Founded over multiple generations, Doeleman Logistiek has built a strong reputation for personalised service, deep customer relationships, and operational expertise in logistics and supply chain solutions. The two businesses will continue to operate as sister companies, collaborating closely while preserving the entrepreneurial culture and trusted client relationships that have defined each organisation.
The acquisition marks a further step in Green Logistics' growth strategy since partnering with NCA, combining complementary businesses with shared values, a people-centric culture, and a long-term vision for sustainable growth in the Dutch logistics market.
IMAP Netherlands acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Doeleman Logistiek on the transaction. The deal team consisted of Jan-Pieter Borst, Frank Ruijgrok, Kevin Weij, and Lloyd Schimmer.
