Antin Infrastructure Partners, acting through its €2.2 billion Mid Cap Fund I, has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire Belambra, a leading French owner and operator of all-inclusive holiday clubs, from family-owned diversified group CARAVELLE. The transaction is expected to close in June 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and works council consultation.
Founded in 1959 and owned by CARAVELLE since 2014, Belambra operates a diverse portfolio of holiday clubs across France, providing full-service offerings including accommodation, food, activities, and sports. Under CEO Alexis Gardy, the company has undergone a significant transformation programme focused on premiumisation of its portfolio and services, reporting revenues of €254 million in 2025. Belambra's portfolio of prime site locations is difficult to replicate, underpinning a strong and stable market position in the growing French leisure infrastructure sector.
Antin's investment aims to accelerate Belambra's growth, increase asset ownership, and pursue further expansion including new site openings. The transaction represents the ninth investment by Antin's Mid Cap Fund I.
