GIMV Anchor is a dedicated investment vehicle launched in February 2025 through a joint initiative between Gimv and WorxInvest. It is designed to make long-term, strategic investments in high-growth companies.
Gimv is a leading European private equity and venture capital firm, listed on Euronext Brussels. It manages approximately €1.9 billion in equity across around 60 portfolio companies, collectively generating over €4 billion in annual revenue.
WorxInvest, based in Antwerp, is an investment holding company with a diversified strategy. It acts as an anchor investor in both private and publicly listed companies across Europe and North America.
The first joint investment under the Anchor platform is in Cegeka, a prominent Belgian IT services firm. Gimv initially invested in Cegeka in 2017, and it now serves as the inaugural and flagship investment under the Anchor platform, supporting the company’s ongoing growth.
