Ronan Lauzel is Managing Director at Indosuez Corporate Advisory, heading the Food & Beverages, Consumer Goods and Retail sector. Ronan began his career in 1998 at BNP Paribas in M&A in Frankfurt, then joined the BNP Paribas Corporate Finance execution team in Paris in 2000 and took on broader responsibilities within the Mid-Caps team from 2005. In 2009, he became Partner at Transcapital, an independent M&A boutique specialised in the agri-food sector. In January 2020, he joined Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors as Executif Director within its Agri-food practice. He was then promoted Head of the Agri-food sector and Managing Director in 2023 for Indosuez Corporate Advisory.

Ronan holds a Master's degree from Paris-Dauphine University as well as an MBA from City University of New York (Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business).
