Lars founded ProMan Oy, the predecessor of Carner Corporate Finance, in 1988, and has managed over 70 completed acquisitions and worked as a leasing executive in 13 companies and on the boards of dozens of SMEs. Since 2002, he has also held various positions in the international IMAP organisation, and he was a Member of Health Care Industry Group. Prior to founding ProMan (Carner), Lars held international sales and marketing positions in the oil and gas industry at Wärtsilä Marine and Valmet's Helsinki Shipyard.

Lars holds a master’s degree in Economics.
