Pinnacle Inc. (IMAP Japan), offers a suite of advisory and business consulting services including buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory and restructuring advisory, as well as financial and strategic consulting, partner selection and market entry support.
Pinnacle’s members have strong corporate and institutional contacts with the ability to access partners in global markets. Most of the firm’s members have prior experience working at leading domestic and foreign securities firms. As a firm, Pinnacle also has developed capital and business alliances with select financial institutions.
Pinnacle was founded in 2004 by Ikuo Yasuda (Chairman, President and CEO) who began his career in M&A by doing pioneering cross border work with Long Term Credit Bank of Japan and its alliance partner, US-based Peers & Co.
The firm, which is composed of approximately 20 professional transaction advisors and support staff, is based in the Shiba Park area of Tokyo.
