David Santangeli is the Managing Director of MPA Morrison Park Advisors Inc. (IMAP Toronto) which he co-founded in 2006 with Brent Walker. David is responsible for transaction origination and execution, financial advisory and capital raising activities across a wide spectrum of industry segments. Having begun his finance career in the early 1980s, David has been responsible for more than $20 billion of financing transactions, ranging from complex structured finance transactions to derivative trades, to debt and equity IPO's, and practically every transaction type in between. Prior to co-founding the firm, David spent more than 15 years in the investment banking and financial industry. From 1996 to 2006 he was a senior investment banker at Scotia Capital Inc.

Pelino Colaiacovo is a Managing Director at IMAP, in Canada (MPA Morrison Park Advisors Inc.). He is focused on assisting clients in the energy, utilities, infrastructure and public sectors and meeting financial and strategic challenges, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring and project partnerships.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Colaiacovo served as the Chief of Staff to the Ontario Minister of Energy from 2003 to 2005. During that time, he assisted in significant restructuring of the Ontario electricity sector, including the drafting and implementation of new legislation, the creation of the Ontario Power Authority, and significant procurements of new electricity generation capacity for the province. Before that, he spent more than 10 years in management, policy and communications consulting in Canada and the United States, advising clients across a wide range of sectors, including energy, transportation, telecommunications and healthcare.

Douglas Irwin is a founding partner of IMAP's Vancouver office (Capital West Partners). Prior to founding Capital West Partners in 1990, Doug was Managing Director of Pemberton Securities in Europe where he was responsible for capital markets activities and investment banking. Subsequently he was Executive Vice President and Director of Midland Walwyn Capital where he was in charge of institutional sales and trading. Doug’s business activities primarily involve providing advice on mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, valuations and debt and equity investment banking. He is active in numerous community boards and associations and sits on a number of corporate boards.
Doug obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in Toronto, Ontario, and his MBA from the University of Western Ontario’s Ivey School of Business.
