Prior to establishing the firm in 1998, Mr. Craninx was Managing Partner of an independent European corporate finance boutique for eight years. He had been a senior M&A transaction advisor at Generale Bank (now BNP Paribas Fortis). Philippe started his career as an internal auditor and management accountant with Unilever, working in Belgium and abroad.

Danny Achten joined Winx Corporate Finance NV/SA (IMAP Belgium) as Partner in October 2014.
Danny started his career in commercial banking. He held several international management positions, and in 2012 he decided to refocus his career into Corporate Finance. His experience covers a wide range of sectors with specific knowledge in logistics & transportation, construction & building materials, and energy & power.
Danny holds a Masters degree in Business Economics from the University of Antwerp, and a Masters in Taxation from Vlerick Business School at Ghent.
Kris Van Camp
Kris Van Camp is Partner at Winx Corporate Finance NV/SA (IMAP Belgium). His experience covers a range of sectors including High Technology, Healthcare & Pharma, Consumer Services and Paper & Packaging.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Van Camp worked as a senior consultant for a Big 4 firm, performing international due diligence assignments.
