Gilberto is Managing Partner at Serficor Partners (IMAP Mexico) and is a financial advisor with over 25 years of experience in buying and selling companies, financing of infrastructure projects, as well as in private equity placements and debt restructuring. In the early 1990s he worked at Booz Allen & Hamilton in Mexico, where he gained experience in the valuation and privatization of 9 of 18 Mexican banks. He is currently Professor at Universidad Anahuac’s School of Economics and Business and participates in several management boards, such as the Global Advisory Board of the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago, Ticsa (an EPM company), Adobe Capital, Anahuac University MBA, and Endeavor.

Gabriel is co-founder of Serficor Partners (IMAP Mexico) and has more than 25 years of experience advising in cross-border transactions, including market entry strategies and joint ventures. He is currently a Board Member on a number of industrial, commercial and real estate companies. Gabriel is founding member of Promoviendo Mexico, A.C., an organization devoted to promoting Mexico through a network of entrepreneurs, professionals and academics.
