Jonathan is the Head of Corporate Finance with Key Capital (IMAP Ireland) and has over 14 years international corporate finance advisory, capital markets and institutional banking experience. Jonathan has previously held senior roles at AIB Corporate Finance and PwC Corporate Finance (Sydney) where he has successfully advised clients ranging from global private equity houses (including TPG, Anchorage and HIG) and large corporates to smaller privately owned businesses and management teams. Prior to this Jonathan was instrumental in setting up AIB’s A$2bn Corporate Banking Asia Pacific business.
Sector Expertise: Jonathan specializes in the Engineering Services, TMT and Industrials sectors and has advised on over €1bn of corporate finance transactions during his career.
Jonathan holds an MBS from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, a BComm in International Commerce and Spanish from University College Dublin, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Tero Tiilikainen is a Director with Key Capital (IMAP Ireland). Tero is a career corporate finance professional with more than seventeen years of experience across a variety of financial disciplines in Ireland, the UK and the United States. In his current role at Key Capital, Tero is responsible for advising Irish businesses on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, succession planning, and restructuring. Previously, Tero was a Director at Taberna Securities, a $10 billion (AUM) CDO manager. At Taberna, he originated more than $500 million of corporate loans before moving to Ireland to establish Taberna's global asset management platform, where he managed a credit portfolio of circa $3 billion of subordinated debt. Prior to Taberna, Tero was an Associate in Citigroup’s Corporate & Investment Bank in the Energy and Financial Institutions groups.
Sector Expertise: Tero has advised on more than €500 million of transactions in Ireland, with a particular focus on the Food & Agri, Print & Packaging, and Commercial Real Estate sectors. He is also a contributor to the Sunday Business Post, Ireland's leading financial newspaper, on matters relating to Irish M&A.
Tero has an MBA from Columbia University and a BS in International Economics from Georgetown University.
