Axel Fuhri Snethlage
Axel is a Partner at DB&S Corporate Finance (IMAP Netherlands). Prior to joining the firm he was an owner and founder of FSJF Corporate Finance Consultants, an independent firm specializing in M&A advisory, capital raising and business valuation. Before that Axel was with ABN AMRO Bank as Director for business and retail activities.
Axel's expertise includes over 20 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, MBOs, capital raising and debt advisory with a mixture of family owned business and multinationals. Many of the completed transactions were cross-border.
Axel attended University of Amsterdam Law School. He has written and co-authored three books on corporate finance and several articles in financial publications.
Peer Josten is a Partner at IMAP DB&S Corporate Finance (IMAP Netherlands) and has 20 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, MBO’s, capital raising and debt advisory. Clients include both family owned business and multinationals with many many completed transactions being cross-border. Peer studied Human Geography at the Free University in Amsterdam. After the masters, he held a number of positions at ABN AMRO. In 1993 Axel Fuhri Snethlage and Peer founded IMAP FSJF, a global operating M&A/Finance boutique aimed at midmarket companies. Typical transaction values are between € 10 and € 100 million.
Peer has been involved in a number of transactions and has extensive experience across a range of industries, with specific expertise in: IT & Electronics, Healthcare, Engineering and Professional Services.
Peer holds a masters degree in Human Geography from Free University in Amsterdam.
