Capstone Partners LLC, announced that the company is continuing its expansion plans with the addition of seven professionals including Managing Director, Peter Asiaf, Director Chris Ferrara and Analysts Caitlyn Dargel, James Kline, Nick Littas, Josh Owczarski and Jay Wongwatana-anan.
Peter Asiaf will be heading up Capstone’s Business Development function as a Managing Director. Peter has more than 20 years of experience as a senior business development executive across the professional and financial services industries. He has been a growth-oriented leader in early stage, middle market and Fortune 500 enterprises, helping them to design and execute strategic expansion plans, optimize brand positioning and strengthen key market relationships. Prior to joining Capstone, Peter led two emerging growth firms focused on providing business and professional services to the financial, technology and healthcare industries. Peter also worked in senior business development roles for Booz Allen Hamilton, Dextrys, and Darwin Partners.
Chris Ferrara will be joining Capstone’s Corporate Restructuring & Specialty M&A Practice as a Director in the Boston Office. Chris has 15+ years’ experience building and mentoring best-in-class finance and administration organizations as CFO of Gamma Medica and IANS. Prior to those CFO roles, Chris was Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Crown Castle, Parallels and Microsoft.
Caitlyn Dargel, James Klein, Nick Littas, Josh Owczarski and Jay Wongwatana-anan join Capstone’s Leadership Development Academy (“LDA”) as analysts. The LDA program is designed to provide junior level talent from analysts to Vice Presidents with a defined pathway to developing advanced skills and senior progression. Caitlyn, James and Nick will join the Boston office, Josh will join the Philadelphia office, and Jay will join the Los Angeles office.
